A Modern Heirloom in 18ct Yellow Gold

Seeking a piece that could be worn effortlessly every day, she wanted something refined yet practical — without high settings or claws that might catch. Through a series of design conversations exploring her lifestyle and aesthetic preferences, we arrived at a classic grain-set design featuring her original diamonds in a graceful graduating arrangement. The result is a timeless ring that balances understated elegance with durability, its stones beautifully protected for daily wear. Each detail was hand-fabricated and set using traditional goldsmithing techniques. As the gold from her existing pieces varied in carat (9ct, 10ct, 14ct, and 18ct), we chose to offset the value of that metal against the cost of creation and begin anew with fresh 18ct yellow gold. The remaining gemstones were set aside — reserved for future heirloom pieces to be created for her daughters.
